Your role:
Our global team at Zanders has created a new role as Service Delivery Lead (SDL), within our Treasury Technology Support Desk. This position is part of our commitment to providing enhanced service to our global clients by ensuring exceptional functional and technical support along with seamless service delivery.
This remotely based position will be integral to maintaining and improving service excellence, working closely with our clients and teams across different time zones to support their treasury needs on a global level.
As a SDL, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating treasury-related functional and technical system support services, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and on time. This role requires strong exposure to service delivery tools and processes, as well as a deep understanding of the importance of timely service delivery.
You will work directly with clients, addressing their needs and resolving escalations to maintain high levels of satisfaction. While this role requires some project management experience, the focus lies on using operational Treasury experience in supporting the team and enhancing overall service delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee service delivery tools and processes to ensure optimal performance and timely service responses.
- Act as the first point of contact for client escalations related to treasury management systems, maintaining strong client relationships and addressing concerns effectively.
- Coordinate and allocate resources across service delivery projects to ensure balanced workloads and efficient operations.
- Collaborate on drafting and reviewing service-related proposals to align with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Support the preparation and delivery of quarterly service reviews and dashboards to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of service performance.
- Manage service tickets and ensure SLA-driven resolutions are met to uphold client satisfaction and service quality.
- Identify risks or issues in service delivery operations and implement proactive solutions to mitigate them.
- Work across different time zones to ensure seamless global service delivery and operational efficiency.
Skills to be successful:
- Strong exposure and experience within treasury operations and service delivery processes, with a clear understanding of the importance of timely and efficient service delivery.
- Familiar with the ITIL frameworks & principles.
- Proven ability to work directly with clients, manage relationships, and resolve escalations effectively.
- Experience and/or knowledge of treasury processes and/or Treasury Management Systems (TMS), such as Kyriba, FIS Quantum, SAP Treasury, ION Treasury, or similar platforms.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and support teams while fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong focus on detail and quality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, and adaptability to dynamic environments.
- Flexibility to manage and coordinate services across different time zones, ensuring global support.
