About Zanders

The Zanders Solutions division provides specialised cloud solutions within our Treasury and Financial Risk Management and advisory knowledge domains with the aim of providing operational and compliance relief to our clients. Next to our software development efforts, we have recently set up a client facing GenAI Delivery team to develop and deploy GenAI solutions at our clients.
The Solutions team, responsible for our cloud services currently consists of 18 FTE and is growing significantly. The team has a varied background ranging from software development and DevOps to content experts and marketing and sales professionals, servicing several different software solutions. Our colleagues work together informally from the Netherlands and Croatia. At the same time, as part of the larger Zanders organization, we are surrounded by fun, motivated colleagues who have fun at work. Something that is also most important to us.
You will work closely with our Product Manager in the Netherlands to support the development and growth of our Credit Risk Suite, which includes applications focused on IFRS 9 compliance and credit rating modelling for corporate and retail counterparties. You will act as the bridge between clients and our development team, ensuring that functional requirements are clear, new features are thoroughly tested, and client queries are handled with expertise and care.
Your role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide client support on the use, configuration and underlying models of the Credit Risk Suite applications
- Gather, clarify, and document business and functional requirements based on client feedback and market developments
- Translate product requirements into actionable specifications for the development team
- Participate in system testing, validation of new releases, and user acceptance testing
- Support product rollout activities, onboarding, and client presentations
- Work closely with the Product Manager and development team across Croatia and the Netherlands to ensure timely, high-quality feature delivery
- Contribute to product improvement and roadmap discussions based on client needs and regulatory developments.
Skills to be successful:
- Up to 4 years of experience in a role involving credit risk modelling, financial risk analytics, or software / data-intensive product environments
- Ability to understand and discuss model logic (e.g. PD/LGD/ECL concepts) and system workflows
- Affinity with programming or software development principles (e.g. Python, SQL, or similar experience) is beneficial
- Strong communication skills, with confidence presenting to and supporting clients
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, structured requirements
- Proactive mindset and willingness to work in close, cross-border collaboration
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
