Day in the life

8:30 - 9:00 | Start of the day

You enter our office and start the day with a nice conversation in the coffee corner.

9:00-10:00 | Schedule your day

Create your agenda for the day, handle the e-mails from the previous day and have a quick catch-up with the team to address objectives to ensure everyone is aligned.

10:00-12:00 | Supporting the Business

We have said it before and we are going to keep on saying it: The Business Support department is the backbone of Zanders! Without these talented people supporting processes, we wouldn't be able to provide the best services to our clients.

12:00-12:30 | Lunch

12:30-13:00 | Divide up the workload with the team for the rest of the day.

Together with your colleagues you start working on a strategy plan. You collaborate to brainstorm solutions, refine approaches to enhance the efficiency of your services provided by your team.

14:00-15:00 | Work on ongoing projects

Continue working on deliverables in one-on-one sessions. This might involve creating detailed plans, for the ongoing project that you are working on, 

15:00-17:00 | Personal Work Time

It's always nice to work with the team, but you need some time to review today's deliverables and plan actions for the next day.
