Your role:
As a self-starter and excellent communicator, you will take ownership of our digital marketing ecosystem, driving demand and lead generation while optimizing processes across all digital channels. You will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, work closely with the marketing operations team, and collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, whilst playing a senior role in shaping the success of our marketing strategy globally. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies to align with business objectives.
- Own and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business development and sales enablement strategies.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, analyzing performance and optimizing to maximize conversions and minimize cost-per-lead.
- Oversee organic marketing efforts, including website optimization and SEO initiatives, to improve rankings and drive traffic.
- Integrate digital channels (email, website, social media, SEO, webinars) into a cohesive ecosystem to maximize impact.
- Optimize website performance and user experience for lead generation and conversion.
- Create and manage email campaigns, leveraging segmentation and personalization to drive engagement.
- Oversee the implementation of a social media strategy to amplify brand presence and foster audience engagement.
- Plan and execute webinars as part of a larger demand generation strategy.
- Monitor KPIs, providing actionable insights and using data to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.
Skills to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or equal experience; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of driving demand generation and measurable ROI across multiple digital channels.
- Expertise in paid campaigns, SEO, email marketing, social media, and website management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, with a preference for HubSpot, and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, lead generation tools, and the MS Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot marketing, Google Analytics, SEO tools).
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of collaborating across teams and influencing stakeholders.
