My name is Niels Hogenhout and I am based in the Netherlands. I joined Zanders as a Community Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager (dual role).

I have a broad background in Talent Acquisition (sourcing, screening, operations, executive search etc.), started working in an agency and later as Talent Partner focussing on building international teams for US based Tech companies in Europe.

Personally, I like to barbeque and cook, watch football and F1 and try to stay in shape with running, kickboxing and fitness. I love food and tasting wine (thus trying to stay in shape) and like to read books.
