I have a hybrid role at Zanders. First, as an Interim Community Manager, where I am responsible for growing and managing our various communities of interim professionals; and second, as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where I support our growth as an organisation. 

My background is non-traditional - I started out as a Big 4 Auditor, before making a career pivot to the recruitment industry in 2017, when I realised my affinity for people was greater than for numbers. Since then, I have honed my specialism in finance recruiting, and made the transition from agency to in-house, where I hope to continue building long-term relationships with my candidates.
