I am a Talent Acquisition Manager at Zanders, where I support our growth as an organisation through identifying the best talent in Treasury Advisory, Risk Advisory, FinTech solutions, and of course our own corporate functions. 

My background is non-traditional - I started out as a Big 4 Auditor, before making a career pivot to the recruitment industry in 2017, when I realised my affinity for people was greater than for numbers. Since then, I have honed my specialism in finance recruiting, and made the transition from agency to in-house, where I hope to continue building long-term relationships with my candidates.
