It’s exciting to be part of the growing Zagreb hub and contribute to building something impactful from the start. Joining Zanders has been a great experience, especially as I get to work on exciting GenAI projects in a dynamic, international setting. Although I’m part of the Zagreb team, I also collaborate daily with colleagues from different countries, who bring a lot of experience to the table and are always supportive when I need guidance. What I appreciate most is the strong support for continuous learning — there’s plenty of room for additional training and education, even beyond my core role, which makes Zanders a great place to develop my career.

From the first conversations, it was clear that openness and trust were not just slogans but truly embedded in the culture. I was also excited by the opportunity to grow both as a developer and as an engineer in a broader sense, with plenty of room to learn, experiment, and take on meaningful responsibilities. The company fosters an environment where continuous improvement is encouraged, and this was a major motivator for me. The interesting business domain, modern tech stack, and the culture of extremely collaborative teams convinced me that this is a place where people genuinely support each other, share knowledge freely, and work together to achieve meaningful results.
