Part 1 of the Assignment - Career Frameworks
More recently Zanders has embarked on an active acquisition strategy and has acquired three companies in the past year, and more companies are to follow. Therefore there is a need to revise/develop the current Career Framework to be fit for the envisioned growth, in such a way that current and future employees recognise themselves in the framework relevant for them.
Zanders has three different Career Frameworks. These are in various stages of development.
- For the Consultants (business) – fully developed, requires revision to align with the need to split between delivery, leadership and sales profiles
- For Solutions (application development/engineers) – nearly finished, needs a slight revision to finish.
- For the Business support divisions like HR, Finance, IT, Marketing – some departments are further developed than others, all need a good revision to make it up to date and future proof.
At the end of your assignment, you deliver the three Career Frameworks, which have been revised/developed ready to be communicated to the organization after the Works council approval. Your task is to ensure all Career Frameworks are agreed with the relevant stakeholders, applicable and usable globally and are built in such a way that the frameworks can be used for years to come, including organic and inorganic growth.
Part 2 of the Assignment - Global Bonus Policy
With a new Career Framework, Zanders will need to adjust its global bonus policy to match the different career paths and work as a good incentive to encourage the most impactful behaviours.
This new bonus policy should be applicable and relevant to the different markets where Zanders is active; be it a mature or a developing market. This policy should make Zanders attractive in such a way that current and future employees recognise themselves in an easy and foreseeable manner.
At the end of your assignment, you deliver the new bonus policy or policies, which have been designed/developed and ready to be communicated to the organization after the Works council approval. Your task is to ensure that the bonus policy/policies have been agreed with the relevant stakeholders, applicable and usable globally and is built in such a way that the policy can be used for years to come.
Experience required
- Proven track record building/developing career frameworks
- Extensive experience in an international environment
- Proven track record designing/launching bonus policies for sales as for other business departments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Preferably experience in consultancy industry/professional services
- Based in The Netherlands and available for at least 32 hours per week.
