To further professionalize our Interim Management division we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager/Community Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a pool of interim candidates in Europe, community events, business development enablement, sourcing and facilitating successful candidate placements.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

Candidate Management:

• Build and maintain a pool of highly qualified interim candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the placement process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Ensure Zanders contractors stay aligned with Zanders through organizing events and educational sessions

Client Relationship Management:

• Establish strong internal relationships to be informed on opportunities with clients and where future business could develop
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and interim professionals, understanding their business needs and talent requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their organizational culture, values, and specific talent needs.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients and potential clients.
• Collaborating with and working alongside internal sales teams and department to create proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions for clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.

Placement Facilitation:

• Work closely with clients and candidates to facilitate successful placements, ensuring a smooth transition for both parties.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of placements, including rates, contracts, and other relevant details.
• Monitor the performance and satisfaction of placed candidates and address any issues proactively.

Skills to be successful: (bullet points)

• Bachelor- or Masters- level education or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 8 years proven experience in talent acquisition, community management, or a related role.
• Native Dutch speaker.
• Strong understanding of the international interim talent market, preferably in Treasury or Risk.
• Experience in sourcing niche talent.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.

We are seeking a candidate for a hybrid position, working 20-24 hours per week. Our offices are located in both Utrecht and Amsterdam, and we are open to discussing how this arrangement can best suit your needs.
