Your role:
As a Product Engineer, you are the hands-on builder who turns product ideas into working software. You work closely with Product Owners and domain specialists to understand what a feature needs to achieve — and then you translate that directly into a near-final, working implementation; ready for refinement by the wider engineering team.

You are the technical bridge between concept and code, reducing handovers, shortening feedback loops, and ensuring we build the right thing from the start. Supported by our established engineering team and review processes, you operate with a high degree of autonomy while contributing to our architectural and development standards.

We expect you to work in an AI-first way: using modern AI tools across refinement, prototyping, development, testing, and documentation — and knowing when to rely on your own critical engineering judgment.

Skills to be successful:

• 4 to 8 years of experience in software development, technical consulting, or a hybrid business–technology role.

• Solid hands-on development experience (preferably in Python/FastAPI and Typescript/React) with the ability to independently implement production-ready features.

• Strong understanding of software development principles, testing practices, code review processes and version control.

• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear acceptance criteria and pragmatic technical solutions.

• Affinity with or experience in financial domains such as treasury, banking, corporate finance, risk management, or fintech.

• Comfortable using modern AI tools to accelerate prototyping, development, validation, testing, and documentation; with the critical thinking to ensure quality.

• Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to balance speed and long-term maintainability.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
