To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Manager or Senior Manager to help shape the future of our Treasury Technology practice. Your Role

As a (Senior) Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Zanders’ market presence and strengthening our position as a leading treasury advisory firm in the Benelux region.

You will act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Treasurers and Finance leaders, helping them define and execute treasury transformation strategies enabled by technology, data and innovation.

Beyond client delivery, you will contribute to the growth and development of our practice by identifying market opportunities, building strategic client relationships and mentoring the next generation of consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand executive-level relationships with treasury and finance stakeholders across multinational organisations.

• Drive business development activities, from identifying opportunities to shaping compelling client propositions and leading commercial discussions.

• Advise organisations on treasury operating models, treasury technology strategies and digital transformation initiatives.

• Lead complex Treasury Management System (TMS) selection, implementation and optimisation programmes.

• Guide clients in leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, advanced analytics, automation and digital treasury solutions.

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring successful delivery of strategic transformation programmes.

• Coach and mentor consultants, contributing to talent development and team growth.

• Represent Zanders within the treasury community through industry events, networking activities and thought leadership initiatives.

• Contribute to the development of innovative service offerings that further strengthen Zanders' market position.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in corporate treasury, treasury technology consulting or treasury transformation programmes.

• Demonstrated success in originating, developing and growing client relationships.

• A strong professional network within treasury, finance and related functions in the Benelux region.

• Deep understanding of treasury processes, operating models and treasury technology ecosystems.

• Proven experience with leading Treasury Management Systems and related technologies, such as SAP, Kyriba, FIS, ION, Coupa, SWIFT and/or payment infrastructures.

• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities, including executive-level communication skills.

• A commercial mindset combined with the ability to balance strategic thinking and pragmatic execution.

• Experience leading and developing teams in a consulting or corporate environment.

• Entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity and a passion for innovation.

• Master's degree or equivalent professional qualification.

• Fluent in English and Dutch; additional European languages are considered a plus.
