To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Treasury Advisory Manager to help shape the future of our Treasury Technology practice. This role offers the opportunity to combine client advisory work, project leadership and business development while working with some of the market's most recognised organisations.

Your Role
As a Manager, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality treasury technology and transformation projects for our clients. Working closely with senior client stakeholders, you will help organisations improve treasury processes, implement technology solutions and realise value from treasury transformation initiatives.
You will lead project teams, develop client relationships and contribute to the growth of our Treasury Technology practice through business development, knowledge sharing and mentoring colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead treasury technology and treasury transformation projects from strategy through implementation.
Advise clients on treasury processes, operating models and technology solutions to support business objectives.
Support Treasury Management System (TMS) selection, implementation, optimisation and integration projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with treasury, finance and project stakeholders across client organisations.
Identify opportunities to expand existing client engagements and contribute to business development activities.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.
Lead and coach consultants as part of project teams, supporting their growth and development.
Contribute to the development and sharing of treasury technology expertise, methodologies and best practices.
Represent Zanders at relevant industry events and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
Support internal initiatives that strengthen collaboration, innovation and operational excellence across the firm.
What You Bring
6-10 years of experience in treasury, treasury technology, treasury transformation or related consulting environments.
Experience delivering treasury-related projects, preferably involving Treasury Management Systems or treasury process improvement.
Strong understanding of treasury processes, cash management, payments, liquidity management and treasury operating models.
Experience with one or more treasury technologies such as Kyriba, SAP Treasury, FIS Quantum, ION, Coupa, SWIFT or similar solutions.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions for clients.
Experience leading small to medium-sized project teams and supporting the development of colleagues.
A collaborative and commercially minded approach, with an interest in helping grow client relationships.
A strong analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity and passion for solving complex business challenges.
Master's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
Fluent in English. Dutch and/or French is considered a strong advantage.
