Zanders strives to provide feedback within 5 working days. It may differ from time to time as we’re dealing with a lot of vacancies simultaneously, but our ambitious team will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

The Zanders Recruitment team will review your resume, grade lists and cover letter (when applicable).

Generally, there is an initial meeting with a recruiter and 2 interviews with the hiring managers and team members. If all goes well and both parties decide to continue, we will be giving you an offer.
However, the process may differ between roles. For some positions, we include a casework so you can show off your technical skills or we may add an extra interview. Adding a step doesn't mean that the interviews had a positive or negative outcome. We just want to get to know you better! -
Our corporate language is English. Depending on the country where you apply, the local language will also be spoken but in most cases, this isn't required.

We expect you to be in the office at least twice per week, depending on your preferences and those of your team. It is good to be in with certain meetings and it's always a fun time to be around colleagues.
