Interim HR Business Partner

Your role:
As an Interim HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting HR operations and acting as a trusted advisor on HR matters. Reporting to the Senior Manager HR Operations, you will ensure the seamless execution of core HR processes while driving improvements in efficiency and compliance.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all employee-related cases, providing guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR topics, including employee relations, policies, and performance management. You will also handle ad hoc HR requests from senior leadership, offering strategic HR advice and solutions to support business objectives.
A key aspect of this role is stakeholder management, as you will collaborate with colleagues across different departments and geographies where Zanders operates, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, the UK, and the US. You will work closely with managers and employees, providing HR guidance and ensuring alignment with local and international HR regulations.
Skills to be successful:
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally within a similar-sized organization.
- Strong understanding of Dutch and international HR policies and regulations. Additional geographical knowledge is advantageous.
- Experience with SuccessFactors and SAP is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple locations and work effectively in an international environment.
- Tech-savvy with a keen interest in HR systems and workflows, with proficiency in Excel.
- Bachelor's degree (HBO) in a relevant field.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Available from February until mid-June for 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Willing to work from our Amsterdam or Utrecht office a few days per week (Hybrid)
