Careers at Zanders

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Zanders strives to provide feedback within 5 working days. It may differ from time to time as we’re dealing with a lot of vacancies simultaneously, but our ambitious team will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

  • The Zanders Recruitment team will review your resume, grade lists and cover letter (when applicable).

  • Generally, there is an initial meeting with a recruiter and 2 interviews with the hiring managers and team members. If all goes well and both parties decide to continue, we will be giving you an offer.

However, the process may differ between roles. For some positions, we include a casework so you can show off your technical skills or we may add an extra interview. Adding a step doesn't mean that the interviews had a positive or negative outcome. We just want to get to know you better!

  • Our corporate language is English. Depending on the country where you apply, the local language will also be spoken but in most cases, this isn't required.

  • We expect you to be in the office at least twice per week, depending on your preferences and those of your team. It is good to be in with certain meetings and it's always a fun time to be around colleagues.

  • Since 1994, we invest in our people for an inclusive atmosphere, where freedom, fun, and collaboration guide everything we do, defining our success. Our purpose is not just a reflection of what we do now, but what need to do for the future. It embodies our ongoing ambition to have a positive effect on our clients with innovative and practical solutions to their financial challenges.

  • We support learning and development for all Zanders employees. Together with your coach you will map out your learning needs.

See Zanders through our people

  • I think that the common factors in all stories about working at Zanders would be that it is a great place to develop yourself. Both from a content point of view as well as a person in your working life. Everyone at the company is ambitious and there is a constant drive to improve from one year to the next

  • In 2019, Zanders provided me the opportunity to re-locate to open our office in Japan together with two other colleagues from the head office in The Netherlands. Together we are working on the expansion of our business in Asia for both Corporates and Financial Institutions.
